Definitely, it's no problem if your letters don't touch. I can even combine letters from different words, or letters from different handwritings. I use a computer program to make the design, and I'm able to get creative and move letters around and rearrange things. I've never encountered any writing that I can't use!

No, that's not necessary. Take a picture of it with your phone, scan it into your computer, upload a picture from your camera - whatever way is easiest for you to get it into the digital world. It doesn't need to be a great image, as long as the writing is visible, I'll be able to use it.

Of course, that's no problem at all. The entire reason I provide preview sketches is to ensure that you know exactly what you're ordering and that you're happy with the final result. You can send me an email to submit your image!

The standard necklace length is 18", and the standard bracelet length is 7.25". If you'd like a different length, just enter your preference as a "note to seller" at checkout. I can accommodate lengths up to two inches shorter or longer for no additional fee. 

Both finishes are beautiful and you really can't go wrong. Matte is a softer finish and it's a great choice for those who like subtle, simple jewelry.  Those who prefer sparkly jewelry or bolder designs would probably prefer polished.
